This is a renovated rental accommodation in Kurashiki Bikan District and Kurashiki River, where the Edo townscape is preserved. It is the oldest building of the Japanese Local Toy Museum, and among the traditional buildings on the Kurashiki River, it is considered one of the warehouses that has not been relocated from the beginning of the Kurashiki River, making it a precious building that shows the townscape of Edo. From the window facing Kurashiki River, you can see Mukayama in the distance. Nippon Local Toy Museum is a private local toy museum that collects and exhibits local toys that have been made throughout Japan from the beginning of the Edo period to the early Showa period. The warehouse of this inn was also the first exhibition room when it was opened in 1947 (1967), the same building became the first exhibition room when it was opened by the recommendation of Yoshinosuke, the first director of the Kurashiki People's Art Museum.
