Lovely guesthouse only 7 minutes from the medieval bastide town of Eymet and plenty of other villages to visit. Please note we are new owners which explains our lack of reviews. Previous owners have had rave reviews over the last 3 years but, Unfortunately, we cannot transfer them. Rest assured we will do our best to maintain a high standard. As new hosts, we are eager to please and look forward to meeting you. The space Spacious guesthouse (150 sqm) with 3 bedrooms, 4 beds and a baby cot. There is also a pull out couch in the living room. Only 7 minutes from the medieval bastide town of Eymet and plenty of other villages to visit. Lots of lovely markets to browse around as well as walks to the nearby lake, horseback riding, wine tasting and gastronomical outdoor diner events in the summer! Friendly, well behaved dogs accepted on demand but beware the large garden is not fenced and there are horses in the field in front of the house. There is a small above ground pool with ladder access that is not child safe and beware bedroom windows are low - not recommended for children 3 to 10 years old. Capacity: 6 adults and one baby/toddler. The pull out couch could sleep 2 more on request at 25€ extra per extra guest over 6 adults. Guest access Guests have full access to the guest house but just a part of the garden.
