Banksia Villa is a newly-built, two-bedroom/two-bathroom luxury cottage nestled in the heart of the spectacular Wombat Forest, yet only moments away from Daylesford’s town centre. Situated on 20 acres of gorgeous bushland and part of the Brandy Hot Forest Retreat, Banksia Villa provides the peace and serenity of a forest escape (with views of kangaroos hopping past your bedroom window), whilst being only a short drive from all the cosmopolitan pleasures Daylesford has to offer! Modern features and creature comforts include a wood fire, split system heating/cooling, a chef’s kitchen, and fresh filtered rainwater. The luxurious beds (one that splits into two singles should you wish) make this villa perfect for two couples, a small family, or a girls’ or boys’ weekend getaway. You’ll wake to the sounds of birdsong and can spend your days visiting Daylesford and the nearby towns, or simply staying at home reading by the woodfire, or following picturesque walking trails through the surrounding forest. In the evenings, enjoy a drink or BBQ on the deck while you watch the sun go down or stargaze late into the night. Banksia Villa is part of Brandy Hot Forest Retreat, a one-of-a-kind eco-resort featuring two other unique dwellings- Acacia House and Clematis Villa. The villas can be booked individually or together with Acacia House for larger group stays. Please note, this is a rural property with unfenced dams. Bedding: The King bed in Bedroom 2 can be split into 2 x singles if required. We will contact you when your booking is received to confirm your preferred bedding configuration. Guest access This property is part of Brandy Hot Forest Retreat. There are three dwellings located on the property. This dwelling is fully self-contained and you will have sole occupancy of the dwelling for the duration of your stay.
