Terrace over 50 square meters with a fantastic sea view, luxurious furnishings, Wi-Fi, outdoor pool, TV! Other things to note When you book the apartment, you will recognize the following house rules. House Rules/Terms and Conditions Vacation Home Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment. We therefore ask you NOT to smoke in the apartment. Thank you very much. Please let us know your expected arrival time if there are deviations from the specified arrival times. The chip card is handed over at the reception and if extras are booked, such as the paid underground parking spaces, then by individual arrangement. We provide you with the bed linen for the duration of your stay. You do not need to remove the covers before departure. Used dishes must be cleaned and dried again in the cupboards, the beds do not have to be taken off. Before departure, please simply throw all used towels in a pile on the floor. Bathroom. We ask you to remove tiles/glass from the shower after showering to avoid lime deposits. Leave the window and, if possible, the door open for ventilation. No hygiene products, waste, food waste, harmful liquids, fats or the like may be thrown or poured into the shower and toilet, as otherwise unpleasant blockages may occur. Please use the options provided. Damage No one intentionally damages things, but it can happen to anyone that something breaks. If this should happen, we ask you to report the damage immediately so that we do not discover it until after your departure during the final cleaning. The guest is liable for damages in the amount of the replacement costs. Linens Unless otherwise agreed, the costs of the final cleaning are covered by the total price. They are calculated on a normal cleaning effort. If cleaning is desired, let us know! Hair dryer We provide you with a hairdryer for the duration of your stay. You can find it in the sink cabinet. Liability The landlord is not liable for valuables of the guest/guests. Towels We provide you with towels for the duration of your stay. You can find extra towels in the sink cabinet. Please just throw the used towels on the floor before departure. First aid kit In case of emergency, there is a small medicine cabinet, which you will find in the sink cabinet. However, we hope you won't need it. Domiciliary rights Under certain circumstances, it may be necessary for the landlord to enter the apartment without the guest's knowledge. Pets Animals are allowed in the apartment. Internet/Wi-Fi A wireless Internet connection (Wi-Fi) is available in the apartment. The Access code is available in the apartment. On request, we will provide you with a children's travel cot incl. bed linen and/or a highchair. Please let us know what you need when booking. Kitchen The kitchen has been completely newly installed. Please handle the kitchen equipment and technical appliances with care. Please return the dishes to the cabinets only when they are dry and clean. The same applies to cutlery, pots and appliances you've used. Please put everything back as you would like to find it. No waste, food waste, harmful liquids, fats or the like may be thrown or poured into the sink, as otherwise unpleasant blockages may occur. Ventilation To avoid mold formation, we ask you to ventilate the rooms sufficiently, at least 1x shock ventilation (5-10 min) per day and especially after showering. Garbage Since we are obliged to separate waste, we ask you to help us. The garbage is to be separated according to: -> Packaging material according to the yellow bag, i.e. all packaging with the green dot. -> Paper (blue trash can). The bin for this is at the wardrobe. -> Organic (green bin), i.e. fruit and vegetable waste, coffee filters, tea bags, etc.) -> Residual waste (anything that does not fall under the first two categories) -> We will dispose of old glass/deposit bottles for you on request. We provide garbage bags. It can be parked directly in the underground garage in the complex. In the event of a short-term failure of furnishings, public supply or force majeure, there is no entitlement to a price reduction. Defects in the apartment must be reported immediately to the landlord. The guest grants the landlord a reasonable period of time to remedy the defects. Subsequent complaints will not be accepted and cannot be credited. Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited in our apartment. Damage such as burn marks and holes in or on furniture, floors, bedding, etc. will result in us having to charge you for the replacement value. There is a possibility to smoke on the terrace, as well as on the entire property. Please do not dispose of the cigarettes on the floor, but in the provided ashtrays or residual waste. Cleaning Should you ever have a mishap (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces, etc.), we ask you to eliminate this immediately. Brooms, dustpan, vacuum cleaner and cleaning agents are available. Buckets and mops are available in the main house. We ask that you leave the apartment clean on departure and put all used dishes back in the cabinets clean and dry. The entrance door can only be opened from the outside by a chip card. Please do not close the door carelessly, but make sure you have a chip card with you. The front door should always be closed and locked with a chip card when leaving the house. Likewise, all windows must be closed when leaving the apartment in order to avoid possible damage caused by storms or burglary.
