The space Villa Paganos is an elegant two-story stone villa which comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests in 3 beautiful bedrooms. Perfectly located to provide the best of both worlds, our villa offers an easy escape to the beach or nearby bars and restaurants while also offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The bedrooms are designed to provide maximum comfort and include two ground-floor bedrooms (one with a double bed of 1.60m width and one with two single beds) and one first-floor bedroom with a double bed (1.60m width). The villa's living room on the ground floor is equipped with a sofa bed. Indoor Layout: The ground level features a modern fully equipped kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms with shower. An interior staircase leads to the upper level, which includes one additional bedroom and one bathroom. All areas of the villa are fully air-conditioned, ensuring maximum comfort in every season. Outdoor area: The villa's outdoor area is an oasis of tranquility, offering a private infinity pool with unlimited access, as well as sunbeds for lounging. Additionally, guests have exclusive access to BBQ facilities, a poolside shaded lounging area, and a dining area perfect for alfresco meals.
