Roy’s Diner is around the corner and has fabulous breakfast! The 3rd bedroom has a futon and isn’t a true bedroom, more of a “pass-thru” room. This could be used for sleeping or for entertainment. There is no door to close this room off. Each bedroom (3) has a tv and there is a tv in the living room. There are extra chairs on the porch and in the property if needed.
