Reservations are now open for 2025-2026 winter. The whole residence area on 2F of our boutique, Hue Cross, is yours. Exclusive elevator access to the private entrance avoids the boutique. Suitable for groups or families of 1-6 ppl as of 3 bdrms. The displayed price includes the accommodation tax of Niseko town, which ranges from ¥200 to ¥1,000 per person per night depending on the room rate. The space 【Floor plan】 A) Main bed room : W bed/closet/private bath room with bathtub, advanced toilet seat B) Guest bed room : 2 Single beds/closet C) Japanese Tatami room : 2 low beds and 2 futon set ( mattress + comforter ) *1 bath room with shower & advanced toilet seat locates on way to Room B *JP tatami room is divided to spacious living & dining space by sliding panel(sho-ji) *Optional 1 extra bed available( @5,500 per night ) Each room has a different taste mostly by JP contemporary arts. Basic living essentials are provided. Summer: No air conditioner,2 standing fans/private terrace Winter: Floor heating&panel heater/Please note that the terrace is closed during winter for safety reasons. 【About Us】 The second floor of our modern house in a multi-use building has the residential area on 2nd floor. The guest only elevator lead you to the private entrance. This vacation home is available exclusively for one group at a time, and is perfect for 1~6 guests of a group or a family. On the 1st floor, there is a boutique and café called Hue Cross, where our team is available during business hours. We are here to assist you with any questions or local travel information during your stay, so please feel free to relax and enjoy your time with us! Guest access Private entrance : No need to go through the shop entrance. 1) Please find the ORANGE COLORED SIGN ( 6ty6 vacation home ) by the sliding door to open and please park your car in front. 2) Please go into the indoor passage and you'll find the exclusive elevator that leads you up to your private entrance on the 2nd floor. 3) Please press 4 digital codes ( we inform you ahead upon your check-in ) on the entrance door to get in. * Stairs down to the boutique is basically for emergency usage only. *Whenever you feel like, please feel free to stop by for coffee to the boutique downstairs. The basic opening hour is between 10:30-17:30. [ Transportation TO and FROM 6ty6 Vacation Home ] We strongly recommend to use a rent a car at Niseko area, or at New Chitose airport. Mostly operating only in winter, several bus companies provide service between the airport and Niseko. During the peak season, catching a taxi is not easy especially on peak hours and other public transportation does not exist within a walking distance. Thank you. Other things to note ●Travel Insurance Recommendation 6ty6 Vacation Home is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, injury, or other issues arising from unforeseen events, unavoidable circumstances, or factors beyond our control. During the winter season, flights may be delayed or canceled due to weather conditions. In such cases, our standard cancellation policy will still apply. We kindly ask that you review our policy before making a reservation. To safeguard against unexpected costs, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking to cover cancellation fees for accommodation, transportation, equipment rentals, and ski lessons. For comprehensive coverage, please ensure your travel insurance includes: ーOverseas medical expenses, including ski-related injuries (as some providers may exclude skiing and snowboarding). ーCancellation fees for flights, accommodation, transfers, equipment rentals, and lessons. ーSki resort closures and related disruptions. If you or anyone in your group has pre-existing medical conditions, please check the insurance provider’s policy carefully to confirm coverage. ●Rent-a-car is stongly recommended. There is no convenience store, and bus station within walking distance and mostly driving road does not have sidewalk. During winter, taxi booking is extremely not easily. ●Basically no cleaning service after check in. Please feel free to use the cleaning tools in the laundry room. For guests staying five nights or longer, we offer one light cleaning if you would like it. ●On any cases, booking as soon as possible is strongly recommended regarding transportation to and from the airport, and whatever you'll need to book especially on peak period. Restaurant, rental skis, and hiring ski instructors as well. ●There is no TV. We have ipad and projector instead. Netflix account available exclusively for you guests. ●Please request us ahead if you would need a baby cod, high-chair, a baby bath for free of charges. only a single extra bed is available too as optional request ( @5,500 yen per night ) ●If you lose the key, a reissuance fee of 2,500 yen will be charged.
