Casa Biron in Pietralunga, located in the Umbria region, is a small B&B in the heart of Italy, surrounded by its own 10-hectare grounds. A holiday where you can relax and enjoy in a quiet, beautiful area with lots of space. This region offers numerous attractions, and in addition to exploring all of Umbria, Le Marche and Tuscany are also within easy reach. The space We have a beautiful country house that we like to share. The top floor is fully furnished for our guests and has four cozy rooms, each with a seasonal theme. There are two shared bathrooms, equipped with a toilet, bidet, sink and a bath/shower. In addition, there is a cozy shared living room and a kitchenette. The large shared kitchen is available to everyone, where breakfast can be served in the morning and where guests can prepare something themselves in the afternoon or evening. A large refrigerator is available for keeping your own consumptions cool. The garden, although not fenced, offers several cozy places to sit and space for a game of badminton, soccer, or to cool off in the pool. There are two mountain trails to climb our mountain and enjoy the wide view at the top. Our natural stream flows along the property, with small waterfalls and fish. Furthermore, there is a small shop with fresh own products and local products. Guest access We have our own driveway with ample space to park your car. For your bicycles or scooters, there is a separate enclosed space available, including charging options. All rooms are accessible to guests, including the cozy shared living room where you can relax or play games. The shared kitchen offers a nice opportunity to meet other guests and cook together. The garden is accessible to everyone and offers the opportunity to pick herbs for your meals. The BBQ is available for general use. Although the garden is not fenced, there are several cozy places to sit and space for activities such as badminton, soccer, or a refreshing dip in the pool. In addition, there are two mountain trails where you can enjoy the beautiful views.
