Wake up to peaceful solitude in the upstairs king loft bedroom and enjoy a warm cup of coffee on the balcony, listen to the waves in the distance with a peekaboo ocean view. Feast in the spacious, spotless, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, complete with eat-in bar, perfect for lively conversations while cooking your next gourmet meal. Between guests, we hire professional cleaners to return AwayFrame to the immaculate and spotless state in which you will find it when you arrive. Before checking out, we will ask you to start the dishwasher, leave the beds unmade, and take out the trash. That's it! Guest access You're a short walk from (2) beach access points; Ocean Lake Beach with stairs and drive/walk onto beach with tidal pools at Lincoln City Beach Access. Also walk to Barnacle Bill's fresh seafood, My Petite Sweet Bakery & Coffee, Output Records, downtown antique shops and more. All amenities are included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home. The exterior shed is for owner storage and is not accessible. Other things to note Early check in/Late checkout: *Please note that we usually try to accommodate those requests. However, we cannot guarantee availability if there is a reservation right before or right after your booking dates.
