Located at the end of a dirt road, tucked into the hillside, The Hidden Gem Cabin at Thompson Hill Farm offers the mountain views and experiences you'll be back for. Apple orchards and flowering perennials only add to this incredible 118-acre retreat. Inside the cabin you'll find a well stocked kitchen, comfy oversized reclining couches in the living room, and an open dining area that gives you plenty of space to relax and enjoy the view. The space Clean and welcoming for anyone looking to step out of their routine and unwind with a beautiful panoramic mountain view. The space is open and full of natural light. Outside, the south facing wrap around deck offers an additional place to relax and take in the scenery while grilling. A few steps down into the yard and there are acres of property to explore, including a private front and back yard, great for a game of cornhole. Air Conditioning installed and available for the summer months. Guest access There are multiple paths for walking/hiking, snowshoeing, or XC skiing right on the property. You can walk between the buildings (barn and farmhouse) to access the back orchards and fields. The trails are mowed/groomed and easy to follow. All of them loop around and connect back to each other both in the front of the cabin, and out back behind the barn and farmhouse. Other things to note There is a tree swing just before the pine grove on your left as you drive down to the cabin, please feel free to use it. We call it the “Thinking Swing”.
