Highlights: ● Relax on the comfy king-size bed, enjoy the 55" TV with streaming, cozy up by the electric fireplace or convert the sectional couch into a queen bed. ● Sip your morning coffee at the built-in bar while gazing out at ocean views. ● The kitchenette is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, a portable cooktop and pots and pans for easy meal prep. ● The bathroom features a tub/shower combo with a detachable showerhead and starter toiletries. ● Fresh linens and towels are provided for your convenience. ● Take a dip in the beachfront pool or enjoy the sandy shore – the ocean is just steps away. ● Watch dolphins in the mornings and soak in breathtaking sunrises! ● Located in the “No Drive” Beach zone for added tranquility. The towing company patrols hourly and will tow any vehicle without a displayed parking pass, including those waiting for check-in. Please do not arrive early and park without a pass. Additional vehicles must use paid public parking, with several options available near the Daytona Inn. ● Trailer parking is not permitted on the property. Other things to note 👇PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING! 👇 Our property has been around since the 1960s, standing strong through the years and creating unforgettable memories while welcoming guests from across the globe. It originally operated as a motel with a front desk, going through its share of highs and lows over the decades. In 1999, it transitioned into a Condominium Association and today, each apartment is individually owned and managed. ● Each condo is allocated 1 parking pass, and unfortunately, we cannot provide additional passes. The towing company patrols the complex hourly and will tow any vehicle without a displayed parking pass, including those waiting for check-in. Please avoid arriving early and parking without a pass. Additional vehicles must use paid public parking, with several lots available near the Daytona Inn for guests with extra vehicles. ● While rare, service emergencies may occasionally cause disruptions. Guests will be informed of any inconveniences. ● Breakers may trip if too many appliances are used at once. Please notify us so we can contact management if needed. ● Mandatory Scheduled pest control services may occur during your stay. 🆒AC/HEAT: The cooling and heating systems in our complex are shared by all units, with each unit having a thermostat to turn the system ON or OFF. The Condominium Association determines whether the system operates in cooling or heating mode based on the temperatures. For any questions or concerns, please contact us before booking our unit. Please refrain from booking if this arrangement will not work for you. ■ CANCELLATION 🚫 We recommend purchasing "Cancel for Any Reason Travel Insurance," as our cancellation policy will be strictly enforced. SERVICE ANIMALS: 🐕 We do not charge extra for Service Animals. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by people or dogs, including uncontrolled Service Animals. Please inform us if you will be bringing a Service Animal. You must also answer the following ADA-permitted questions about your Service Animal: 1. Is the Service Animal required due to a disability? 2. What work or task has the Service Animal been trained to perform? According to the ADA, Service Animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered unless these devices interfere with their work or the individual’s disability prevents their use. In such cases, the handler must control the animal using voice, signals, or other effective methods. The Service Animal must remain under the handler's control at all times and cannot be left alone for any reason. If we find that a guest has falsely claimed a pet as a Service Animal, we reserve the right to pursue financial restitution, report the fraudulent claim to authorities, and evict the guest(s) without notice. Evicted guests will not receive refunds for unused rent.
