OUTDOOR SPACE Take a dip in our brand new filtered cowboy pool* (8 ft diameter) complete with a sundeck and four lounge chairs to relax in the desert sun. In the evenings, soak in the spacious hot tub under the moonlight, gather around the fire pit, and enjoy the stunning views from star-filled night skies to unbeatable sunsets and an unobstructed mountain backdrop. (*Note: cowboy tub is not in service for the late fall-winter season.) LOCATION Our peaceful desert oasis is located in the highly attractive Yucca Mesa neighborhood (bordering Joshua Tree), and is just a 10 minute drive to Joshua Tree Village, and 11 miles from the park's Main Entrance. HOUSE VIBES The newly designed home offers an open floor concept with an oversized, desert-inspired kitchen island that's perfect for hosting. We also provide plenty of entertainment options, from games like corn hole and Jenga, to a record player with vintage vinyls and an outdoor projector screen* so you can watch your favorite films under the starry desert night skies (*Note: projector not provided). Our new yoga studio is the perfect space to bring a group together for yoga, meditation and more. Whether you're looking for unique things to do as part of a bachelorette party getaway or seeking a healing space, this is your venue. And no worries if you're not the yoga type - the studio also doubles as a game room, with a new ping pong table, foosball and dart board. (If you are interested in having a yoga instructor teach private classes at the house, please contact us for referrals.) LITTLE ONES Bringing the kids? We got you. We have a high chair, pack-n-play, kid-friendly movies and plenty of space for the little ones to run around. Just let us know what you need and we'll have it ready for you. BEDROOMS Brand new mattresses in all three bedrooms are made of memory foam for an extra cozy night's sleep. We strive to use safe and hypoallergic products in everything from our hand soaps, pillows, cleaning products, bedding and dye-free laundry detergent. * * * We invite you to The Desert Lily to sit back, relax and enjoy your private piece of Mojave Desert magic. Guest access We have two storage closets and a garage that are *not* available for guest use. Otherwise guests have full access to the property. Other things to note • KITCHEN The Desert Lily provides the following kitchen necessities: standard stove, full size fridge, silverware, plates & bowls, glasses, coffee machine, coffee grinder, coffee mugs, wine glasses, wine opener, tea kettle, toaster, microwave, baking sheet, salt & pepper, olive oil, pots & pans, strainer, tupperware, salad bowl, wooden spoons, barbecue utensils, knives, cutting board, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher, hand soap and a dish sponge. • BATHROOM The Desert Lily provides the following bathroom necessities: bath towels, hand towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, makeup remover wipes, first aid kit, and hair dryer. • ENTERTAINMENT From a 500-piece puzzle of Joshua Tree National Park, to games like Jenga, Uno, Mancala and corn hole, we've got you covered with fun activities for all ages. Plus, bring your projector along to use our outdoor screen for movies under the stars! • PETS + SMOKING Sorry, but we do not allow any pets or smoking of any kind on the property. • GUESTS You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests. • PHOTOGRAPHY/SPECIAL EVENTS For professional shoots, small events/weddings and other types of stays please inquire and provide as much information as possible.
