We provide hotel-quality towels, a hairdryer, and shampoo. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire condo, including the private balcony. Entry is seamless with a self-check-in keypad. One covered parking space is reserved for your use. There is also ample open parking in the adjoining lot. Please use extra caution when pulling out of the reserved spot to avoid the cement pillar. Other things to note • Please note that the condo is located on the second floor and is accessible by a single flight of stairs. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire stay. ❇Pet Policy: We welcome up to two pets (45 lb limit each). A fee of $100 applies for the first pet and an additional $50 for the second. This fee will be added after your booking is confirmed. 🚭 No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property.
