Guest access Access to the property is remote and stress-free. Guests receive all the detailed check-in instructions after completing the Guest Portal. There are no permanent staff at the reception, but we are always reachable via message or phone for any needs. The process is simple and quick and allows you to arrive at your own pace, even late in the evening or early in the morning. Other things to note Please read the rules carefully before booking the property ❗❗❗ ⏰ Flexible check-in: We offer flexible check-in times to accommodate your travel plans; in the Rules, you will find the specifics regarding late check-in and late check-out, both subject to a fee. 👥 The property is shared with other guests and offers a quiet, respectful, and well-maintained environment. 🧻 Supply: You will find sheets and towels for each guest, so please select the number of guests carefully. In addition, we only provide an initial supply of toilet paper and a courtesy kit for the first night (1 set per guest consisting of shower gel and shampoo); once these are finished, the guest will have to purchase the necessary supplies. 🧼 Our cleaner will come by every day to do a routine cleaning of the rooms, without changing the linens; changing the linens has an extra cost. 🚭 Non-smoking property: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside. 🏢 The property is located on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator, which costs 5 cents.
