My lease is through June 30th, 2021 however I had to leave the unit in early April, 2021. Thus the full months of May and June are available for rent with opportunity to move in starting mid-April. You will have the first opportunity to renew the lease past June should you wish. Only full month rentals of both May and June are considered with move in opportunity during April. I am no longer in MI so the sublease paperwork would be conducted through Bancroft staff who will perform their own brief approval process and charge a small application fee.
