Family friendly! Steps to beach, bay, park & pool!

Note: Must be 25 or older to rent. This 2 story condo is the perfect location to everything you will need or possibly want during your stay. The upstairs provides privacy to the ocean view bedroom and bathroom, while the downstairs includes the living room, kitchen, dining area, and balcony. Enjoy the condo's private pool, the Northside Park (located directly behind the unit), or take a stroll to the beach or variety of restaurants, shops, and markets which are all less than a 5 minute walk. The space This condo is perfect for the entire family! The 2 different levels are separated by a spiral staircase, which allows for privacy and quiet. Great location for park events, shopping, restaurants, bars, and of course, the ocean. Also, there is free crabbing and fishing off of the bay pier located in the park, along with access to the bay for kayaking and SUP. Don't worry if you don't have your own equipment, you can rent everything you need right there! There is free parking and the OC bus stop is located at the end of the street. The condo is fully equipped with smart TVs, Wi-Fi, washer & dryer, full kitchen & appliances, beach chairs, and your own personal balcony. Brand new, modern bar stools have recently been added for your dining experience. The condo is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator. All members of party must be able to climb steps. Sorry, we love pets, but don't allow them. Other things to note Linens and towels are NOT included with the rental. Comforters and pillows are provided. Please be prepared to bring your own bath towels, linens, pillowcases, and beach towels. Feel free to reach out with any questions. Cleaning supplies are located under both sinks, and we encourage you to use them, but also want you to be aware of their presence if you have small children. The unit is located on the 3 floor with NO elevator. You must be able to climb steps if you are going to rent this property. The pool is open Memorial day to Labor Day. Registration Details 48531
