Le Mas de Puech Redon is a large family home, located at the foot of the Cevennes, between Nîmes (40 min) and Montpellier (50 min). The house overlooks the Puech-Redon wine property, bordered by the Garrigues, and offers spectacular panoramic views. We offer to welcome you for your holidays or events in the main Mas. The place is perfect for gathering with family or friends and visiting the area enjoying the sun and the outdoors. The space Parties are forbidden. The place consists of two buildings: the main house (which can accommodate up to 19 guests) and a barn with semi-outdoor kitchen. A swimming pool is available to relax in the Mediterranean sun, to cool off or play with family or groups of friends. The house offers you an authentic experience thanks to its antique furniture and traditional red tommette floors, while having the modern equipment necessary for a peaceful and comfortable stay (bathrooms, WiFi, heating, dishwasher, washing machine, ... )! NB: When you rent, you have access to the main house, unlimited tennis, swimming pool and barn and no one else will be able to rent the place at the same time as you. The rental of the house can be done: - or for 12 people with a reduction of about €300/night - or for 17 people with a discount of about €100/night - for 19 people for the price on the listing. Contact us if you have any questions. On the 1st floor, the house offers: - 3 suites each consisting of a master bedroom + secondary bedroom + private bathroom. There are 3 beds in 180 x 200 , 2 beds in 140 x 180 and 2 beds in 90 x 200 . - A large period living room that will immerse you in history, in the middle of a famous Napoleonic battlefield, thanks to its impressive hand-painted wallpaper. - A bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed - A bathroom with bathtub, independent at the top of the stairs. On the ground floor are: - The equipped kitchen and its small inner courtyard, always very pleasant with its freshness even on summer days. - Three bedrooms are located behind this small courtyard: a double bedroom with a 140x200 bed, a double bedroom with a 180x200 bed and a dormitory with three 90x200 single beds. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. - A living room with sofas faces the kitchen, inside the house. It allows you to gather around the fireplace (which does not work) - A dining room is served in a row via this living room. This one is "green" because it is illuminated by the double glass door allowing passage to the winter garden/veranda. - The veranda is also ideal for a cocktail at sunset or a breakfast with a breathtaking panoramic view of the vineyard. - A hidden boudoir between these two rooms will delight lovers of reading and solitude. Outside: You will have privileged access to a fenced park of about 2 hectares to stroll along the cicadas. There is also a swing and tennis court for amateurs and spectators (snowshoes and balls available). The pool is located before the entrance to the park, facing the house. Guest access Someone will be there to welcome you and ensure your proper installation in the property.
