The Mas de Puech Redon is a large family home, located at the foot of the Cévennes, between Nîmes (40 min) and Montpellier (50 min). The house overlooks the wine estate of Puech-Redon, bordered by the Garrigues, and offers spectacular panoramic views. We offer to host you for your holidays or events in the main Mas. The place is perfect for gathering with family or friends and visiting the area while enjoying the sun and the outdoors. The space Parties are forbidden. The place is composed of two buildings: the main house (which can accommodate a maximum of 19 guests) and a barn with a semi-outdoor kitchen. A swimming pool is available to relax in the Mediterranean sun, cool off or play with family or friends. The house offers you an authentic experience thanks to its antique furniture and traditional red tommette floors, while having the modern equipment necessary for a peaceful and comfortable stay (bathrooms, WIFI, heating, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.)! NB: When you rent, you have access to the main house, unlimited tennis, swimming pool and barn and no one else will be able to rent the place at the same time as you. The rental of the house can be done: - either for 12 people with a discount of about €300/night - or for 17 people with a discount of about €100/night - or for 19 people for the price on the listing. Contact us if necessary. On the 1st floor, the house offers: - 3 suites each consisting of a master bedroom + secondary bedroom + private bathroom. There are 3 beds measuring 180 x 200 cm, 2 beds measuring 140 x 180 cm and 2 beds measuring 90 x 200 cm. - A large period living room that will make you dive back into history, in the middle of a famous Napoleonic battlefield, thanks to its impressive hand-painted wallpaper. - A bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed - A bathroom with bathtub, independent at the top of the stairs. On the ground floor are: - The equipped kitchen and its small inner courtyard, always very pleasant due to its freshness even on summer days. - Three bedrooms are located behind this small courtyard: a double bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed, a double bedroom with a 180 x 200 bed and a dormitory with three 90 x 200 single beds. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. - A living room with sofas facing the kitchen, inside the house. It allows you to gather around the hearth (which does not work) - A dining room is served in a row via this living room. This one is "green" because it is illuminated by the double glass door allowing passage to the winter garden/veranda. - The veranda is also ideal for a cocktail at sunset or breakfast with stunning panoramic views of the vineyard. - A boudoir hidden between these two rooms will delight lovers of reading and solitude. Outside: You will have privileged access to a fenced park of about 2 hectares to stroll along with the song of cicadas. There is also a swing and a tennis court for amateurs and spectators (rackets and balls available). The swimming pool is located before the entrance to the park, facing the house. Guest access Someone will be there to welcome you and ensure you are well settled in the accommodation.
