This includes all indoor areas and enclosed spaces. 🔹 Florida Environment Notice: As with all homes in Florida, occasional insects or wildlife may be encountered due to the subtropical climate. The home is professionally serviced on a routine pest prevention schedule. While every effort is made to prevent pests, their presence is not always considered a maintenance or cleanliness issue. 🔹 Parking: Parking is limited to 3 vehicles and is only permitted in designated areas for this property. Please do not block sidewalks, neighboring driveways, or fire lanes. 🔹 The fireplace is not usable. 🔹 The backyard is fenced but does not have a grill, tables, or chairs outside. 🔹 In the summer, the house can have a hard time cooling. There are two fans to help with this, plus 2 additional ceiling fans, and guests are asked to leave the AC at 77 when leaving the house to ensure it cools properly and is not overworked in summer. 🔹 Parties will be stopped same day with cancellation and no refund. This is a quiet residential area, please respect the neighbors. 🔹 Exterior cameras are on the home, not in use or monitored. They cover the front yard from both angles.
