SeaSide Kaltene operates on a “self catering” principle, providing a cozy rest. Everything we have created and built here is created with warmth, paying careful attention to details, thinking through the smallest details in every corner of the house. A house with style and fantastic surroundings, located 1.5h drive from Riga – Kaltene, right on the sea shore. Here you will be able to enjoy the sea coast with the charm of rural romance – with a view of the sea, barbecue and swimming in the sea. The space The house consists of: 1st floor: Living room with a sofa and equipped kitchen. 2nd floor (access - outdoor stairs): Bedroom (1 double bed) Lounge/TV room (1 guest bed) · Shower room and toilet (next to the building). · The holiday house has TV, WIFI, 2-ring stove, pots, toaster, hairdryer, illy coffee machine, grill and its accessories. · Includes bed linen, kitchen towels, shower towels, water, electricity. + 50.00 Eur for final cleaning if the house is left dirty, otherwise nothing is charged. · SECURITY DEPOSIT upon arrival: 50.00 Eur. · The price includes 4h use of SUP boards (2pcs.). You can also split it by days (2h each day). !!Overnight stay and stay in the holiday house and its territory is allowed for the number of guests confirmed in the reservation!! !!Animals are not allowed!! Guest access Guests can relax in the holiday home and use the toilet and shower in the adjacent building! In addition, for a separate fee: - there is an opportunity to use a wood-fired sauna.
