Private San Diego "Casita!"

Stay in our separate entry little house! Completely private with queen size bed, bathroom and kitchenette. Perfect for one or two adults. Great central location in Bay Park neighborhood close to the beach and bay. 10-15 min drive to Mission Beach, Downtown, Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, and La Jolla Cove. 5 min drive to Sea World. Walking distance to Coronado brewery, great bars and restaurants, and an excellent neighborhood market. The space The Casita is it's own mini house. It's a fun little space with everything you need in a place to stay while visiting San Diego. It has great windows and french doors that you can leave open if you like the breeze. There is no air conditioning but there is a window fan and a rotating tower fan. The little patio is a great place for a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Guest access You will have a queen size bed, large bathroom, and kitchenette. There is a TV with cable, including movie channels and WIFI. We keep a fan and a space heater in there. Microwave, sink, mini fridge. We keep some paper plates, plastic silverware, and paper towels available. There is a high top table with stools and a patio table with chairs and an umbrella. If you'd like to grill we have 2 options available upon request. A propane Weber grill and propane Blackstone flat top. Grill tools will be provided. We have a foam surf board and body board upon request, as well as beach chairs and an umbrella that you can take to the beach. There are beach towels as well. Other things to note Note: Please look closely at the listing which is very accurate and review the cancellation policy before booking. We will not be able to alter or cancel any reservations outside of the policy. As we are not a hotel we appreciate your understanding for this. Please enjoy the Casita's patio and the garden on that side of the property. We ask kindly that you enjoy that side of the yard and don't surprise us at our back door.
