Beautiful, private two-bedroom duplex with modern kitchen, comfortable furnishings, and a quiet environment for work, or a retreat all perfectly located in the heart of Tampa. Great for couples and business travellers. Super close to downtown - Museums, Amalie arena Convention Center, Ybor. Only 15 mins from the airport. The duplex is in a transitional neighborhood, with every 4th house or so needing some TLC, particularly the house on the corner, but the street is kind and friendly. The space This is a newly renovated, artfully decorated, and fully equipped retreat, ideal for couples and business travellers. Feel free to browse the book collection, but please leave all media in the house for everyone's continued enjoyment. The galley kitchen houses a sink, a small electric cooktop, fridge, coffee maker, and kettle. We stock the fridge and cupboards with basic groceries to make your stay comfortable. Fresh towels and linens, complimentary soap, shampoo, conditioner, face, and body wash are provided. There are two dedicated off-street parking spots (the spot adjacent is for our other home next door), and a private yard. Guest access All of the home will be available for your use. Other things to note One parking spot is right in front of the house. The other is to the right on the oyster shell area.
