The space Villa Divina is an exuberant luxury residence with an exquisite interior and exterior featuring a beautiful private outdoor pool. Located in the serene area of Fasano’s Selva, stands a rejuvenated vintage Trullo restored to contemporary elegance. Villa Divina features 7500sqft of peaceful never-ending greenery, immersed in the beauty of olive, pine & various fruits trees. The villa accommodates up to 6 people in this 3 bedroom property. The common areas indoor contain a spacious living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and a fireplace for chilly nights. Furnished in a chic and cozy manner, the property radiates warm and welcoming energy. All 3 bedrooms contain air-conditioned & heated temperature whether you opt to visit us during the winter or summer season. Our main two bedrooms offer an en-suite setup with King Beds and individual private bathrooms that are fully equipped with all the essentials you need for your stay. The 3rd room includes 1 Queen Bed and a nearby bathroom essentially allocated personally to that room or for guest purposes. Interior inspiration stems from traditional Italian handcrafted ceramics, historic stones, and vibrant tiles. Trullo Divina features a paradisiacal outdoor veranda leaving you with astounding views and inviting surroundings. The pool area features a canopy area, sun-beds, bean bags, and an area that’s perfect to sit back, relax and have a spritz. The swimming pool area is also equipped with an outdoor bathroom and shower. The property provides a BBQ grill and classical Italian wood fire pizza oven to enjoy the Apuglian evenings with family and friends. Behind the swimming pool includes an “Orto” - an organic vegetable and fruit garden with seasonal fresh produce ready for you to pick at any moment whether you need refreshing fruit on a hot summer's day or basil to make some pesto pasta for lunch! The entirety of the property is charmingly illuminated by warm summer lights. The outdoor area is your ideal location for hosting events, ceremonies, and celebrations.
