NEW!Casa Sol house - sunset mountain and sea view

Hi here Gal and Maayan :) The house was built with its own hands of Maayan 6 years ago in a private and slow way with recycled materials. We recently decided to upgrade (welcome to Instagram page and see the entire makeover process - casasol_klil) the home. We built everything in our hands and we designed, and this is the result of this combination of forces, out of our passion for a pleasant life in a house that is our baby we were drawn to design and architectural choices that created this magical place, the house allows those who deserve to stay, to take a deep breath and fill up on the good air that space has to offer... The space The house can be found : - Large deck balcony facing the Mediterranean Sea from which you can see the sunset and sunrise - Exciting shower built like a cave and has two douches - Antique wood fireplace for the winter ( from April until the summer season ends there is no fireplace) It is also forbidden to light a fire (fire) after unfortunate incidents of fires that were in Clil There is a separate space behind the house and completely private with an outdoor shower and summer glass - Equipped kitchen (salt,pepper, olive oil coffee and plants for tea from the garden, cooking in the stove on gas ,oven and large refrigerator. - Magical bedroom and back porch -A niche window for reading and sleeping for a third person - Lush spice garden -spacious space around the house -Privacy - Request to keep quiet in the neighborhood - Wild flora - the electricity in the house comes from the solar power system so there is no use of appliances other than cell phone chargers and a computer, do not bring additional electrical products from the outside such as hair dryer kettle etc.. -Please note that there is no air conditioning there are ceiling fans and a wood fireplace for winter -The house is suitable for single couples or 4 people. We love animals and children but do not allow them to arrive with children only during the summer vacation. Guest access Cancellation policy (for reservations not made through Airbnb): • The payment for the reservation is made in full at the time of booking. • You can cancel up to 10 business days from the date of booking and receive a partial refund. • In the event of cancellation on time, a 150 NIS handling fee will be deducted from the refund. • Cancellation after 10 business days will not allow a refund. Other things to note In addition: there is an option to close the place for private chef events that Maayan does in the place. Everything can see on our Instagram: casasol_klil And once a month there are food events open to couples, groups and anyone who wants to come to an event that's all one big piece. A bit of any inclusion: Klil is a unique settlement in Israel, and today in the village is 350 families. The settlement is not connected to the national electrical infrastructure but electricity is produced using a solar system. Our village has evolved out of faith and appreciation of the wild and natural grove deserves respect. The settlement has a wide range of population: wind people, artists from different and similar worlds, farmers and nature lovers and a quiet person.
