The primary bedroom provides a restful night’s sleep on a king size tempurpedic bed under expansive 17-foot ceilings. You’ll enjoy waking up to spectacular views of Mt. Hood and forest land. The spa-like bath includes a double-vanity, private bathroom, and large walk-in tiled shower with double rain shower heads. The guest bedroom is comfortable and inviting with a queen memory foam bed, a small library with over 75 books, a 60” TV, and direct access to the screened in porch. There’s also a queen sleeper sofa bed in the great room with a gel memory foam mattress. This mountain view retreat is nicely equipped with: - One king bed, one queen, one sofa sleeper. - Two-bathrooms with walk-in showers – primary has tiled shower with double shower heads and double-vanity. - Open concept great room with well-equipped kitchen, center island, and dining table that seats 8. - Modern gas fireplace with steel surround. - 15-foot ceilings in great room and 17-foot ceilings in primary bedroom and bath. - 55” and 60” HD Smart TVs. - Multiple reading nooks. - Large cedar deck with sweeping views of Mt. The home includes a WeBoost cell phone signal booster, Starlink satellite internet Wi-fi receiver, and 55" and 60” HD Smart TV’s. Download movies to your laptop and connect to the TV using a HDMI cable, or sign-in to one of the many Smart TV apps (internet permitting). The house is accessible via a beautiful tree-lined private gravel road. During winter months (December – March) 4WD and chains may be required. The county road is plowed within a mile of the house, and residents intermittently clear the private road leading in. Contact the owners for current road conditions. Guest access Guests have access to entire house with exception of primary bedroom closet and garage that owners use to store personal belongings Other things to note Guests are required to review and sign a short-term rental agreement. Pets are welcome with $75 fee. The property includes a 50 AMP RV Plug-In located alongside the parking area in the front of the house. Some guests have used it as an EV charger. Additional fees may be applied based on number of additional guests and size of RV. Additional guests beyond 4 - $50 per stay due to additional time to wash/dry linens.
