The space Located centrally on State Street, it is only a few blocks away from anything to do! **CONSTRUCTION OF ROOF-TOP DECK & PENTHOUSE IS COMPLETE!!** We have a gorgeous, private roof-top deck complete with a temperature controlled penthouse that will be accessible to our guests. The deck and penthouse will be positioned to give guests amazing views of downtown Bristol! Guest access Access to all of the 2500 sq ft 3rd floor loft and roof-top penthouse and deck with optional add-on fire-pit! Other things to note Penthouse/Roof-top Rules: -No glass allowed in the penthouse or on the roof-top deck. There are plastic "solo" cups that are non-disposable provided in the kitchen cabinet, and plastic bar glasses in the penthouse -Do not throw anything over the edge of the railing. -Do not leave deck to access any part of the unfinished portion of the roof. -Objects dropped onto the neighboring roof cannot be retrieved. -You will be responsible for any damage that may be caused by dropped objects. -Do not lean on railing. -Respect neighbors with noise. -Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of booking.
