You'll fall in love with the views of the greenbelt from the deck and get lots of waves from neighbors walking their dogs and kids playing nearby, You will have full access to the house, besides two locked owner's closets. Ample room to park two cars under the carport, with space for several in the drive behind them. You also have full access to move outdoor areas, including in the deck overlooking the greenbelt The home is set up to provide you complete privacy during your stay and convenience for checking in / checking out. However, should any need arise during your time at our home, we live in the neighborhood and can be to the house to help very quickly. East Dallas is the best Dallas! We are located in Lochwood, just off White Rock Lake and 7 miles to Downtown. The Arboretum is just 2 miles away and offers a delight in the garden 12 months a year - its a must visit during your time in Dallas. Since we are only 1 mile to White Rock Lake, the house has two kayaks and one stand up paddle board for your use at the lake. Plenty of local neighborhood restaurants are within less than a mile and convenience to two grocery stores. This is the IDEAL place for a relaxing, quiet break from the city, without losing quick access to all Dallas has to offer. With so many rental options for you to choose from in Dallas, we want to make sure we're clear this space is for family friendly guests who desire a quiet neighborhood for their stay. There are parks nearby with tennis courts, playground equipment for kiddos, and plenty of friendly neighbors to share a smile or wave with during your stay. Its also a great place for any visitors who need quick access to Dallas and surrouding areas. With all that being said, if your needs call for a party friendly facility, this is not the space for you. All surrounding neighbors are close friends and we work extra hard to make sure they aren't bothered by noise late into the night or cars parked all along the street.
