The space *** Incline Village beach access and recreation center amenities (fitness center, pools, group fitness classes, etc.) are no longer available to guests. Beaches outside of Incline Village may be open; visit the Tahoe Public Beach website for details. There are MANY other beaches available in the area, state parks with a smaller entry fee, and many that you can hike to on the East Shore of the Lake that are free and are simply a small hike down to them.*** The home has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, an office (that could be used as a bedroom), and a sofa bed. All the bedrooms are outfitted with premium memory foam mattresses, premium hypoallergenic comforter and pillows, and high-thread/luxury bamboo sheets for ultimate comfort. The Master Bedroom has a king, the top floor bedroom has a queen, and the bottom floor bedroom has a queen and an additional (separate) twin day-bed with twin trundle underneath. The Master and top floor bedroom have their own full baths. The bottom floor bedroom has a full bath across the hallway. Each full bathroom is equipped with soap, shampoo & conditioner, toilet paper, lighted makeup mirror, hair dryer & makeup towels. The middle floor family room has a queen sized sofa bed. Every bedroom has large closet space. The home has high-speed cable Internet with WiFi throughout. All the bedrooms are outfitted with new flat-screen 4K Smart TV's with all the typical TV streaming apps (Netflix, Hulu, HBO, AppleTV+, Sling, etc). There are two offices in the home. Each office is equipped with 34inch curved monitors. The main office is located on the bottom floor and could be used as an extra sleeping area. The other office is located in the top floor bedroom. The home is equipped Sonos and G00gle Nest throughout. The family room has a (top of the line) Sonos Arc ATMOS surround system where you can enjoy movies with theater sound. The dining room easily hosts your whole family and seats 8, with an additional breakfast nook that seats 4. The kitchen is also stocked with dishes, silverware, pots and pans, and numerous kitchen gadgets: coffee pot, coffee burr grinder, blender, cocktail set, toaster, etc. Just about anything a gourmet cook would need. The kitchen has granite counters, extended cabinetry with all the lighting appointments. The laundry room is stocked with a washer, dryer, laundry soap, iron & board, its own sink, and wine refrigerator. Plenty of parking (2 car garage, room for additional 3 cars on the driveway). Heated driveway for those snowy days. There is also a 240v NEMA 14-50 electric car receptacle in the garage (bring your own charging cable). Other things to note The office can be used as a small bedroom. It has a locking door, a couch that converts to a single bed, and it even has a closet. The utility closet is adjacent and when the heater is running there is a bit of a humming noise that is normal for Tahoe homes. We have an electric vehicle charging receptacle in the garage. No need to find a charging station to charge your electric vehicle. We are located in a wooded area so you may hear coyotes at night, birds chirping, woodpeckers and owls and may encounter wild creatures such as, but not limited to: deer, bear, rabbit, squirrel, snakes, fox, lizards, wasp, bees, ticks, flies, mosquitos, moths, spiders and other bugs during your stay. We do not offer refunds or discounts if you happen to see bugs/pests/wildlife you are not familiar with or may scare you. Also, the Tahoe area has periods of significant pollen. During these times you can find the decks, outside furniture, driveway, etc covered in pollen dust. While we perform extensive cleaning between guests, we cannot be responsible for any sudden/overnight pollen release. This does happen a few times per year and is just part of the Lake Tahoe experience. ***Also, sometimes during the months of May and June, the Tahoe area gets an influx of moths for a couple of weeks. While we have a regularly-scheduled pest control service care for the home, it is almost impossible to keep some moths from entering the home (and in the home they eventually die). While have the very best of cleaners, it is possible for moths to be hidden and not caught by our cleaners between guests. If you find moths in the home, please don't be alarmed. This is just the nature of having a home in the Tahoe basin. ***Please note the fireplace is permanently disabled due to the recent California and Nevada forest fires, and the enforcement of strict fire controls in Washoe county*** *It is required to indicate the total number of guests that will be at the stay upon the time of booking. *At any time the number of guests staying changes you are required to notify the host immediately.
