The space ▪️The building described has a total of two floors. ▪️The guests shall climb stairs to the first floor to access the property with their rooms ▪️There are six rooms in total. First floor has 4 rooms, and Second floor has 2 attic rooms. ▪️1st Floor - A family suite, which comprises two interconnected rooms and one washroom. ▪️1st Floor - Two independent Deluxe rooms with attached washrooms. ▪️2nd Floor - Two Deluxe rooms with attached washrooms: Attic rooms located on the top floor, which are uniquely constructed with pure pine wood ceilings, floorings and have an attic-style design. ▪️All rooms have a cozy vibe. ▪️Guests can access all these rooms through a large living area, which is furnished with comfortable sofas and tables, providing a wooden space for guests to relax and socialize. ▪️Access to the different rooms is facilitated by a set of pine wood stairs. ▪️This setup offers a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests to enjoy during their stay. ▪️Bedrooms are equipped with T.V. ward robe and mirror. ▪️On last floor guest can access balcony to enjoy the beauty of the valley and apple orchard. ▪️You will get the entire place if you book for at least 10 guests. ▪️Extra mattresses can be provided on request and would be chargeable. ▪️Living room is on the first floor. ▪️Kitchen access available on request, kindly discuss during booking. ▪️Home cooked veg food is provided at economical charges. ▪️Meal Rates/Day & Person - INR 650/- for Breakfast & Dinner, INR 250/- for Breakfast, 400/- for Dinner. ▪️Meals are served in the dining area. ▪️Room Heaters are available at a charge of INR 500/Day. Please don't leave the heater unattended as it may cause fire hazards. It is advisable to switch off heater after some time. Guest access ▪️For guests booking the entire cottage, they can use the entire space. ▪️For guests booking independent rooms, the living and dining areas are common spaces. Other things to note ▪️Smoking is prohibited in the common areas. ▪️Smoking/Hookah is not allowed inside the premises as a safety measure, guests may smoke outside in the open lawn area. ▪️Loud music is prohibited post 10PM. ▪️No events/parties. ▪️We do not accept groups of ‘all stags'.
