En-suite bedroom (private half-bath) w/ a large walk in closet in a comfy home. The half bath, along with the full size floor mirror located in the room is perfect for getting ready in the morning. Two big windows w/ a garden view for natural lighting when working or black out curtains provide a great nights sleep. Located in a quiet neighborhood close to 3 supermarkets, a deli, and local restaurants! While we do not provide dedicated parking, there is plenty of street parking to park your car! The space Our living room has a large, leather recliner sofa topped with tons of accent pillows. The tv is a Roku smart tv. Feel free to log into your apps or watch Roku tv. Just off to the side we have a small home gym set up with a pedal bike as well as a step machine and yoga mats. The kitchen has a large fridge and stove/ oven to cook your meals, as well as a microwave and coffee machine! There are basic cooking essentials such as a pot or two for the casual meal, a cooking pan and bowls, plates, utensils, etc. You are welcome to do your own cooking just come prepared with the ingredients you need and make sure you clean up after yourself as to keep all guests happy! Guest access You have a private bedroom in the home, the room has a lock with a key. Only you have access to the private room and the half bath, all other areas are shared. During your stay I give guests their privacy unless something is needed! I am always available to message for questions about the listing or area, and more than happy to help! Other things to note Pet fee is 35$ / week for one pet, if there is an initial charge this will be deducted based on this fee and you will be charged accordingly afterwards. For extended stays you are responsible for maintaining the space as we only charge one cleaning fee at checkout. This includes providing your own living amenities such as shampoo / conditioner, soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. We provide your room with clean sheets / towels and the rest is up to you! AC is seasonal and will be winterized in cooler months (not accessible). General rule of thumb AC is available from June-September. If you need a cleaning before checkout, please ask us, we charge 65$ for this service. If your account does not have reviews, we reserve the right to ask for a copy of your ID for our records as well as ask adrenal questions prior to confirming your booking.
