This 2-bedroom, 2 bath condo is located on the 1st floor of a three-story, six-unit building and possesses a refined style and designer touches. With exceptional views and location, this home features the finer points of a great vacation. The space Driftwood Cottage offers all the comforts of home including a washer/dryer, smart TV, wireless internet and Alexa devices for easy control of lighting and music throughout the home. If you must work while at Driftwood Cottage, both bedrooms are equipped with unique two-tiered folding desks. The linen and towel package is included in the cleaning fee, making your stay feel like home away from home. Guest access Open dates for community pool and shared amenities are subject to the community Homeowners Association. Pools are typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Driftwood Cottage, Unit 1D in the Sands III Complex has an outdoor shower and shallow pool, making it an excellent spot for teaching children to swim. If you choose to dine-in, you can pick-up local produce or prepared meals made with North Carolina farmed fruits and vegetables, from the family-owned Veggie Wagon, just a block away. Enjoy an evening stroll on the vintage Carolina Beach Boardwalk. After Memorial Day, the town hosts beach fireworks every Thursday night, which can be seen from the deck or the sandy beach steps away. To preserve its pristine condition, neither smoking nor pets are permitted.
