Villa sleeps 13, parking, energy included

This is a very quiet rural area with a naturalistic vocation located in a strategic geographical position, inserted in the Pollino National Park, about 5 minutes away from the A2 motorway junction for Castrovillari and about 5 minutes from the town of Castrovillari. The use of a vehicle is recommended to reach the town about 5 minutes away. Upon arrival, guests will find the rooms, rooms and areas booked, regularly cleaned and sanitized, ready to be used. The cleaning of the same rooms, rooms and areas, during the stay of the guests they act as agents and for the entire duration of the reservation made is carried out by the guests themselves. There is a cost of € 50.00 for final cleaning and a security deposit of € 200.00 which will be returned if no damage/removal of any kind is found. Both structures ("B&B La Petrosa" and "Zio Mario e Zia Maria") are to be considered "cardioprotected" as a defibrillator is located at the B&B La Petrosa, about 200 m away from the Villa "Zio Mario e Zia Maria". The swimming pool is located at the B&B La Petrosa about 200 meters from the Holiday Home; to access the swimming pool and/or the natural solarium there is an additional supplement of €15.00/person per day, in addition to the room price. For safety reasons, since this is a facility (swimming pool) and areas subject to treatments with machines and equipment that run on electricity, any unauthorized access to the swimming pool and solarium is prohibited from time to time. Conditional access to the authorization to the swimming pool and solarium is to be considered a specific fulfillment by the guest and implies the unconditional acceptance of the above. Non-acceptance (total and/or partial) of the above is considered a serious breach of contract for safety reasons and involves the necessary removal of the guest from the B&B, without the guest being able to advance title and/or right to a total/partial refund. Additional supplement of €20.00 for check-in after 10:00 pm; additional supplement of €50.00 for check-in after midnight. Both structures ("B&B La Petrosa" and "Zio Mario e Zia Maria") have internal regulations, also published on their respective websites and clearly displayed in their respective structures, also valid for the use of the swimming pool. Access to and use of the services of "B&B La Petrosa" and "Zio Mario e Zia Maria" implies the sharing and unconditional acceptance of the Regulations by the guests. Guests who do not respect the internal regulations will be removed without them being able to request any reimbursement (total/partial) in the event of removal before the natural use of the booked period, as it is considered a serious breach of contract. Both structures ("B&B La Petrosa" and "Zio Mario e Zia Maria") have a video surveillance system of the external areas aimed at protecting the private property of the structures themselves.
