Very quiet, clean and comfortable, it is the perfect place for an Amelia Island vacation. The space This condo has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, HDTV and wireless internet access. Conveniently, there is a restaurant next door with a patio that is perfect for lunch and dinner. Fort Clinch State Park is 200 yards away and downtown Fernandina Beach is one mile! The unit has been recently remodeled and now has a king size bed. Beach towels, a couple chairs, a cooler, and two bicycles are provided with the condo. The building is locked 24/7 and access is only possible with a code and/or provided keys. Conveniently, there is a restaurant next door with a patio that is perfect for lunch and dinner, or for enjoying cocktails after a day spent at the beach The Terraces at Beachside is located 200 yards from Fort Clinch State Park and a 1/4 mile from the entrance to the Egan's Creek Greenway. The historic town of Fernandina Beach is a short one-mile car or bike ride away. Stroll the streets of Fernandina and visit the museums, shops and fine restaurants. The marina is a great place to catch the sunset.
