The space Independent and exclusive use apartment in an exclusive location. You are in the place where the Greeks founded Catania: Monte Vergine. You are surrounded by history... right next to the Greek Roman Theater that you can admire from the priceless view of the windows of the house. And also next to the Odeon, the Roman Baths of the Rotonda, the Benedictine Monastery and via Crociferi. Our house is in a strategic position that allows you to visit the city on foot. You are in the heart of the historic center, but in a residential area... you can enjoy peaceful sleep... and if you want to dive into the Catania nightlife, pubs and clubs are just 5 minutes away. Street parking is free and the area has no access restrictions by car. The apartment is on the first floor, there is a small flight of stairs. The building is exclusive and independent and there are only two apartments... both ours, Odeon Homes 1 and 2 (the other apartment also hosts 4 people and is opposite, you will find a dedicated ad). If you prefer not to climb stairs, consider the other solutions on the ground floor (Theatron House, Theatron House 2 and Odeon Homes 3) They are all independent houses and in the same building, with different entrances, you can travel in a group, stay close, but each in an independent house and with its own comforts. The house has a large bedroom with double bed + double sofa bed. Complete kitchen equipped with everything. Coffee machine and kettle for your moments of relaxation tea / coffee. A large and comfortable bathroom with washing machine at your disposal. If you have problems climbing stairs, you can choose our apartments on the ground floor: Odeon Homes 3, Theatron House and Theatron House 2. .if you are in a group it is the perfect solution, you will all be close, but each with their own independent apartment and up to 17/18 people we can accommodate them! Other things to note Late check-in must necessarily be requested in advance, is subject to availability . In this case you can also ask us for the transfer service from the airport . Luggage storage at home is not allowed. If necessary we can indicate a convenient place nearby, trusted, that performs this extra service. NB.
