There is a security camera facing the driveway that will be on during your stay. Any pets seen on property are subject to a $300 charge and will be asked to leave the property with no refund as house rules are broken with a strict no pet policy you will agree to before booking. BTR # 1827 Other things to note Other things to note: LATE CHECK-OUTS & EARLY CHECK-INS: Check-in time is 4PM and checkout time is 11AM. Door codes do not activate until set check-in time. Early access will not be provided without prior approval. Guests who check-in early or checkout past checkout time will charged the additional fee of $50/hr. NO PETS ALLOWED. SECURITY CAMERA: There is a security camera facing the driveway that will be on during your stay. Any pets or extra guests seen on property is subject to a charge. EV charger for your electric car.
