Relax in "Gite2", a spacious tufa house on one level; completely renovated, with all comforts (3 stars, air conditioning) with access to the banks of the river Loir. A 2-person Jacuzzi (massage jets and bubbles) awaits you. Relax on the banks of the Loir with activities such as swimming, canoeing-boating, fishing, etc. Quiet location but close to shops. Visit Lavardin, Trôo, Le Mans / the 24 hour race, the wine route, the leisure lake with swimming beach, etc. The space The spacious living room, with its natural stone wall and fully equipped large kitchen, has underfloor heating; in summer, the air conditioning and in winter, the pellet stove ensure an optimal temperature. You only need to walk a few meters to cross the courtyard and the archway to reach the banks of the river Loir. Wi-Fi, TV and Netflix are at your disposal free of charge. The cosy bathroom has a 2-person jacuzzi, a massage shower and a WC. The 2 comfortable bedrooms are equipped with double glazing and electric shutters. The first bedroom has a 140cm double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The second bedroom has a 120cm wide bed, as well as a 90cm wide mezzanine bed and a wardrobe. Books and games are available for your children. There is also the possibility to put a baby travel cot in the bedroom, and/or a 90cm wide extra bed in the living room. The floors in the bedrooms, bathroom and hallway are of original old cement tiles. Other things to note We live close to the accommodation (300m away); in case of need we can be on site quickly.
