The terrace, with exit from the kitchen, offers a beautiful view of the fjord. A nice but steep staircase leads you upstairs, where there are 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. One bedroom has a sliding door. Krokstrand is a town in Strömstad municipality and is located on Idefjord and Björneröd. The area was the center of the stone industry in the region. Here is a hostel with attached restaurant where you can eat and overlook the fjord. Only 300 meters from the hostel is a beautiful swimming area with sandy beach and jetty with associated diving tower. You can fish directly from the edge of the fjord.
