The space This newly renovated 1920s guest house is a beautiful twist of historic and modern. Refinished authentic 1925 vintage doors open to exposed beams throughout with all brand new amenities, such as refrigerator, oven, range and dishwasher, creating a unique and cozy vibe you're sure to love! Guest access Full and exclusive access to the guest house - accessed privately through side gate. Please note the yard is now separated by a privacy fence so access to the yard is limited to a small area on the guest house side to be used exclusively by you! Other things to note 1. The guest house is behind the main house (not attached to it) and situated in the backyard. There is a dividing fence between the homes to ensure your privacy. 2. Please be prepared to check yourself in (which involves following directions to get to the guest house in the backyard) without disturbing any of the occupants in the main house. I'm available almost anytime, and you are always welcome to text/call. 3. The laundry area is shared with the main house tenants and only for use during stays of a week or longer. 4. Pets are generally not allowed in the casita but please feel free to reach out if you have a special circumstance. I'm committed to ensuring your stay is perfect!
