Granny's house is a beautifully remodeled, historic, hidden gem in Nowata! This gorgeous Craftsman style home has been in the family since 1918. It comes fully furnished and includes lots of neat extras like a reading nook and a family friendly backyard! Take a step back in time and enjoy the cozy atmosphere Nowata has to offer. No Dog, Cats or any kind of animals allowed in Granny's House Strick rules The space Granny's house features two bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom features a king size bed, one features a queen, and the bathroom has a onyx shower. The whole house has been updated for you to enjoy and is beautifully decorated. There are still original aspects to the house that you are sure to love, like the original tile floor in the bathroom and the huge front porch! Enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the tranquility and peacefulness of the backyard where you are sure to see a few birds and squirrels frolicking about! The backyard transforms into a fun, family friendly space as well. Lawn games like corn hole and horseshoes are provided as well as a grill and a well-appointed patio, complete with outdoor lights It truly is a peaceful oasis. One of the best parts about this property is the quiet, mature neighborhood it's in. The neighbors are all wonderful and there isn't much traffic. Crime is extremely low in the area and you're less than a mile from the police station. Cable TV is provided, and the pantry is stocked with board games. There are also a few books provided in case you find yourself with some free time. The kitchen is equipped with a gas range and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a Keurig. Washer and dryer on site as well. Nowata has quite a bit to offer and surrounding towns like Pawhuska, Owasso, and Bartlesville are only a stone's throw away. No dogs or any kind of animals allowed in Granny's House. No Service Dog or Disability Dog is allowed either. With out certificated showing that it is a certified Service Dog or Disability dog Verterinary paperwork showing it is up to date on vaccination. Treated for Fleas, Ticks & Wormed each month. Need from Groomer that Service dog and disability dog is groomed and received a bath monthly. There will be an extra charge for Service dog or Disability dog for cleaning of $150.00 payable through my account. will have to be payed to my account before code will be sent to you. Hostess has got to be told that a service or disability dog will be with the owner at time of booking. 4 Guest is all that is allowed at the time of booking of Granny's House. Guest access Covered carport is available for parking. Other things to note No Pets are Allowed. 4 people is all that can book Granny's House. No Party are allowed without permission from owner.
