Located on a private island, this beach front resort features a freshwater swimming pool, restaurant and bar. Guests have free use of all non-motorized water sports equipment, including snorkeling gear. All accommodations at Hideaway Island Resort Port Vila features ceiling fans and most offer sea views. The villas also have kitchen facilities. The shared guest lounge includes a small library, board games, a computer with internet access, and a large balcony. Free WiFi is available on the beach. On the Beach bar and restaurant is located on the sand overlooking the warm tropical waters and coral reefs. Guests can enjoy beach volleyball, scuba diving at the PADI Dove Shop and unique cultural ceremonies. Enjoy free use of kayaks and stand up paddle boards. Divers and snorkellers are able to post special waterproof postcards at the world’s only “Underwater Post Office”. Mele Cascade Waterfalls are only 5 minutes’ drive from the ferry landing by bus or taxi. In a waterfront setting, these free-standing bungalows feature views of Mele Bay, a covered patio with hammock, vaulted ceilings, private bathroom, refrigerator and tea/coffee making facilities.
