Welcome to Aqua Villa, a beautiful private retreat in Alibaug designed for memorable vacations with family and friends. Combining modern comforts with tranquil surroundings, this villa offers the perfect blend of luxury, privacy, and relaxation. Wake up to peaceful mornings, spend sunny afternoons by your private swimming pool, and enjoy quality time with loved ones in the spacious indoor and outdoor living areas. The space Property Layout: Ground plus 1 Bedrooms: - The villa comprises 3 bedrooms, with two of them on the ground floor and one on the first floor, all equipped with en-suite bathrooms. - Each bedroom features a comfortable king-size double bed. - Wardrobes are provided in each bedroom, along with side tables next to the beds. - All three rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with curtains for privacy. Living Room: - The spacious living room is furnished with a sofa that can comfortably seat 7 people and a dining table. - A 56-inch TV is available for entertainment. - The living room is well-lit with warm white lighting and is also air-conditioned. Bathrooms: - There are 3 bathrooms in the villa, each attached to a bedroom. - These bathrooms are well-appointed with amenities such as washbasins, geysers, exhaust fans, hand showers, overhead showers, and jet sprays. - Basic toiletries are provided, but please bring your own towels. - Geysers are installed in all the bathrooms for your convenience. Kitchen & Meals: - We have in-house meal plans. Should you require to book it, kindly let us know in advance. This shall be subject to availability of our chefs. Rates are displayed under meals tab on the website. - Heavy cooking is prohibited. - The villa is semi-equipped with essential appliances, including a refrigerator and water purifier. - Cutlery and crockery are readily available for your use. Outdoor Area: - The villa features a private swimming pool with a sand filtration system. - There is also a spacious outdoor lawn. To ensure everyone enjoys a comfortable and memorable stay, here are a few simple house guidelines. ⚡ **Power Backup & Connectivity** • As our villas are nestled amidst nature, occasional electricity or Wi-Fi interruptions may occur during extreme weather. • Inverter backup supports **lights & fans for up to 3 hours** *(subject to guest usage).* ACs and high-power appliances will not operate during backup. Generator backup is available on request at an additional cost. 🏊 **Pool & Outdoor Areas** • **Pool Access:** **1-night stays:** 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM | **2+ night stays:** Pool access is available throughout your stay until **10:00 PM daily** *(except on checkout morning).* • Proper swimwear is mandatory. Please avoid food, beverages, glassware, and **NO pets in the pool**. • Outdoor music is permitted at a decent volume until **10:00 PM**. After that, you're welcome to continue indoors at a respectful volume. DJs and heavy sound systems are strictly not permitted & will be confiscated. 💳 **Arrival & Check-in** • A **refundable security deposit** is collected during check-in and refunded after checkout, provided there are no damages, outstanding dues, house guidelines are followed, and checkout is completed on time. • Any pending booking balance must be cleared within the first hour of check-in. A valid Government-issued photo-address ID is mandatory for all guests (**PAN Card is not accepted**). 🍳 **Kitchen & Guest Services** • The kitchen is available for light cooking (Tea, Coffee & Maggi) and reheating meals. • Chef services, BBQ arrangements, and **meal packages starting at ₹1,200/ person/ day** are available on prior request. • Caretaker assistance is available until **11:00 PM**.
