Whether you prefer a leisurely stroll through the garden or a refreshing dip in the glistening pool, or simply lounging with a book, your relaxation options are plenty. The space Property Layout: Ground plus 1 Bedrooms: - The villa comprises 3 bedrooms, with two of them on the ground floor and one on the first floor, all equipped with en-suite bathrooms. - Each bedroom features a comfortable king-size double bed. - Wardrobes are provided in each bedroom, along with side tables next to the beds. - All three rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with curtains for privacy. Living Room: - The spacious living room is furnished with a sofa that can comfortably seat 7 people and a dining table. - A 56-inch TV is available for entertainment. - The living room is well-lit with warm white lighting and is also air-conditioned. Bathrooms: - There are 3 bathrooms in the villa, each attached to a bedroom. - These bathrooms are well-appointed with amenities such as washbasins, geysers, exhaust fans, hand showers, overhead showers, and jet sprays. - Basic toiletries are provided, but please bring your own towels. - Geysers are installed in all the bathrooms for your convenience. Kitchen & Meals: - Should you desire, in-house meals can be arranged by connecting with your caretaker in advance. - Heavy cooking is prohibited. - The villa is semi-equipped with essential appliances, including a refrigerator and water purifier. - Cutlery and crockery are readily available for your use. Outdoor Area: - The villa features a private swimming pool with a sand filtration system. - There is also a spacious outdoor lawn. Additional Amenities: - Complimentary WiFi access is provided. - 2.1 woofer music system. - Mosquito repellent can be supplied to guests if needed. - The property offers secured parking space for 1 car. - Barbecue facilities are available upon prior request and at an additional cost. Other Important Information: - The property is nestled in a natural setting, and leaving food outdoors may attract insects and animals. - It is a pet friendly property, additional charges may apply. - To ward off mosquitoes, repellents are provided, but we recommend closing doors and windows in the evening to prevent them from entering the house. - Please note that the props seen in the images are solely used for staging and photoshoots. Damage Deposit: - A refundable security deposit of INR 5000/- will be collected upon arrival. This deposit is refundable provided that the total number of guests remains unchanged, the checkout time is adhered to, and no damages are incurred by guests.
