The house is 3 hours and 30 minutes away from MetLife Stadium (New Jersey/NYC games) by car, and is a 20 minute drive from the Kingston (KIN) Amtrak station for access to New York City, Boston, and beyond by train. The home features four bedrooms and can comfortably sleep nine. An additional trundle bed is available to sleep a tenth guest. There is a driveway, garage, and street parking as needed. The lawn is great for outdoors games and grilling, and a deck for evening drinks with friends. The outdoor shower helps wash off the sand and salt from the beach, while enjoying the fresh air from the nearby ocean breeze. The house has central air conditioning for both floors, and radiant floor heating in the sunroom, where you and your family and friends can relax after a beach day with cable and WiFi. The marble counter top kitchen, range, and dual ovens allows the culinary inspired guests to make meals of almost any variety. If dining out is your preference, you have your choice of a variety of restaurants, each boasting different culinary treats, and ranges of formality. Several are just a walk away.
