Beautiful top-floor apartment with lots of light. Available for 1 year, starting March 2022. Minimum stay 3 months. Three bedrooms. Two bathrooms. Fully furnished. All utilities included (internet, heating, water, gas, etc). Large washer & dryer in the apartment. Dishwashing machine. Walking distance from L, G, J, M, & Z trains. Only one stop from Manhattan. Walking distance to the Williamsburg Bridge Bus Terminal. Large apartment (1,200 square feet; 110 square meters). Backyard. The space The fee includes free internet wifi, electricity, water, heat, and gas. The apartment is fully furnished. You can also use our bedsheets, pillowcases, towels, cloths, kitchenware, microwave, coffee maker, etc. The fee also includes our cleaner coming every two weeks to thoroughly clean the apartment. Our cleaner has been with us for five years and she’s great. You’ll have access to our backyard, which has small trees, lots of plants, a large patio, outdoor table, lots of chairs, etc. (Technically we share our backyard with the families in our building. However, they rarely ever use the backyard.) ***** Apartment facts ***** (A) The apartment is 1,200 square feet (110 square meters). (B) Three bedrooms (3BRs). Includes one bedroom that has a normal queen-size bed, another bedroom that has a queen-size Murphy bed (a pull-down bed that stores vertically against a wall), and a room that is a walk-through. We also have a queen pullout couch in the living room. FYI: the bedroom with the Murphy bed is also an artist studio and can be used as a wet studio. If you leave paint on the walls or floor, that’s not an issue for us (but only in that one room!) (C) Two bathrooms. Each bathroom has a shower, bathtub, sink, toilet, and window. (D) There are twelve windows in the apartment. There are windows in every room. There are four windows in the living room that's at the front of the apartment (facing the street). There are two windows in each of the bedrooms at the back of the apartment (facing the backyard and other buildings behind us). There is one window in the kitchen, one window in the walk-through bedroom, and one window in each bathroom. (E) Huge washing machine and dryer in our apartment. (F) Top floor apartment. It's a walk-up with three flights of stairs. (G) In the apartment, there are five combination smoke and carbon monoxide detectors/alarms. In the hallways of the apartment building, there is a combination smoke and carbon monoxide detector/alarm on each floor. (H) Our apartment is across the road from Brooklyn Arbor Elementary School (PS 414), which has grades Pre-K through 5. (I) No air conditioning. ***** Location and subways ***** (i) We live on South 3rd Street, between Keap Street and Rodney Street, Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NYC. (ii) Our apartment is 0.3 miles (0.5 km) from the J, M, or Z trains (via the Marcy Street subway station, which is one stop from Manhattan). (iii) Our apartment is 0.4 miles (0.6 km) from the L or G trains (via the Lorimer Street subway station, which is two stops from Manhattan). ***** What are some more cool things about the apartment? ***** (1) We have cable internet access with our own wifi network. There are also many cafés within walking distance that have free wifi. (2) Many Brooklyn restaurants, bars, clothes stores, etc. are within walking distance, in the Bedford Avenue, Graham Avenue, and Grand Street areas. (3) Privacy. People on the street can't see into the apartment. (4) There are three supermarkets within a five minutes walk of our apartment. One is C Town Supermarket at 130 Havemeyer Street. Another is Key Food Supermarket at 575 Grand Street.
