With a functional open layout, fireplace, and patio access bordering open space, this residence is well suited for couples or small families visiting Jackson Hole. The Berry Patch neighborhood backs to open space where wildlife — including moose — are occasionally seen. There is one unit located above this condo. The mountain climate and natural airflow typically maintain comfortable interior temperatures during the summer months. Fans are provided in each bedroom for additional airflow. The Aspens is a well-established residential community located between the Town of Jackson and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Its central location provides convenient access to Grand Teton National Park as well as Teton Village. Within the neighborhood, guests will find a market, wine shop, coffee shop, and several dining options all within walking distance. Public transportation via START Bus offers service to both the Town of Jackson and Teton Village (fare required). After completing your booking, you will receive a digital rental agreement by Airbnb message. To secure your reservation, please review and sign the agreement within 48 hours. Reservations may be subject to cancellation if the agreement is not signed within this timeframe. Amenities, Access & Property Notes: - Ground-floor unit with one residence above - Parking available for up to 2 vehicles - In-unit washer and dryer - Access to START Bus service to Town of Jackson and Teton Village (fare required) Important Policies: - Exterior video monitoring may be present at building entrances or exterior common areas - Motorcycles, trailers, and RVs are not permitted in the Aspens - Electric vehicles may not be plugged into parking lot outlets in the Aspens - Pets are not permitted in short-term rental properties.
