Permit:P-00508 Effective 03/15/2025 The space Located at The Ocean Inn on the Isle of Palms, this 2 bedroom / 1 bath upstairs condo is the perfect spot for a family who wants to have true get-away. One of the best qualities of this condo is that it is upstairs which offers fantastic light and views. It is situated at a perfect angle to see our beautiful "lowcountry" sunsets. Decor throughout the condo is bright, "beachy", fun and casual. This is a place where you can truly relax. The living area has a large TV with Comcast cable. Wi-Fi is also included. Out the window you will be able to see the pool, slightly obscured by the palms trees and poolside shrubbery. Let the teenagers have time to themselves by the pool while parents enjoy cooling off in the air conditioning. This is a split level unit with the kitchen, bedroom and bath all elevated a few steps up from the living area. It is this way because of the historical nature of the original building and the additions made to it in the 70s. It is thought that the original building was an old trolley stop with rooms for rent, located elsewhere on the island and moved here to create the Inn. We do know, from the original floor plans of the building, that the original floor plan looked almost nothing like it does now. Thus, small bedrooms and stairs in places one wouldn't expect but lots of character! Up the steps from the living space, the full kitchen has new granite counter tops and a table to enjoy family dinners. If you want to cook, there are plenty of pots pans and utensils to do so. There is a full-sized fridge, plenty of dish- and drink-ware. The bedrooms, though small, each have a comfortable queen bed, bedside table as well as bedside lighting. There's also a small closet. Bathroom has a tub and shower combination and there is a new granite counter and new sink there as well. Guest access Guests will receive email from Dreams N Druthers 7 days before arrival with specific instructions for entry. Parking passes are required and are also sent by email. Check in is 4pm, check out is 10am. Because there are always maintenance needs in our properties, check in times are not always flexible regardless of availability on the previous nights of arrival. If by chance the property is ready early, you will receive a text either the day before or the day of arrival. We do try to allow early access when we can. Other things to note ** COMMUNICATION: as an integrated partner on this booking site, please be aware that all future communications will come from Dreams N Druthers. Please be on the lookout. ** E-SIGNATURE CONTRACT: In addition to any contract you may have signed through an integrated partner (such as AIRBNB/VRBO). We require our own E-Signed contract to complete your booking. This allows us to include additional details we are unable to elsewhere. PLEASE NOTE THESE ANSWERS TO FREQUENTLY-ASKED QUESTIONS: **MINIMUM BOOKING AGE is 25. The person holding the reservation must be staying at the property. No 3rd party booking is allowed. **PRE-APPROVAL OF PETS REQUIRED Pets (DOGS ONLY) are allowed ONLY IN SELECT PROPERTIES. Breed/weight restrictions are applicable. PET FEES are $25/pet per night. DISCOUNT ON PET FEES AVAILABLE FOR SEASONAL RENTALS. PET POLICY Guests are responsible for adhering to pet policies provided in the contract as well as all Isle of Palms pet ordinances **MINIMUM NIGHTS Some of our properties have "minimum nights required" to make a reservation on weekends, holidays, and during the summer season. To check availability for a shorter stay, please send a message / inquiry. If it's possible, we'd be happy to accommodate you. ** CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT: Your reservation is confirmed when the initial payment is paid. Payment options are dependent on the cancellation policy and how far away you are booking your stay. For reservations made in advance of 30 days, the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. Balances are deducted automatically from the card on file. In the event of payment failure, a grace period of 24 hours is given to remedy the payment. ** ITEMS PROVIDED: Soaps, linens, towels and starter paper products will be in your condo upon arrival. Routine linen and towel exchanges are not provided during your stay. Guests are responsible for replacing their own paper and soap products if starter amounts are used during their stay. It is not necessary to replace these for future guests. **SMOKING All of our properties are NO SMOKING properties. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please discard appropriately. Deposit will be forfeited and additional cleaning charges incurred if evidence of smoking indoors is found upon departure. THIS INCLUDES smoking by an open door or window so that smoke enters the condo. Please smoke away from these areas. **NOISE ORDINANCE Guests are responsible for following the Isle of Palms 10PM noise ordinance
