The space Welcome to our unique 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom home in Topanga, originally a charming old church. Immerse yourself in a perfect blend of history, comfort, and sustainability at this family-friendly retreat. Master Bedroom: Relax in the master bedroom with a plush queen bed. Children's Bedroom: The children's room, with two twin beds, is a playful space filled with toys and books, ensuring a magical stay for young guests. Delight in family meals in our dining area that seamlessly blends into the family room. This merged space is ideal for enjoying meals together, engaging in lively conversation, or unwinding with your favorite board games or movies. Our guest room, affectionately known as the "sunny room," is a bright and inviting space that's perfect for relaxing with a good book, taking a rejuvenating afternoon nap, or having a 5’clock drink. The soul our home is the kitchen full stack with utensils and dishes and complete with a breakfast nook. You'll have full access to prepare home-cooked meals or enjoy a morning cup of coffee using our professional coffee machines. It's not only a functional space but a warm and welcoming gathering point for those precious moments of togetherness Other things to note * We have no sewage in Topanga and everything goes into the tank and directly into Patcha Mama. So please absolutely NO TOILET PAPER in the toilet. Please use designated trash bins right next to the toilets. * We don't have air conditioning around the house, but the house is made out of stone and it keeps cool during the day, and warm thru the night. We usually open the windows early in the morning and then after 4 pm, which brings cool air in. *There is a guesthouse that shares one wall with the main house. Our house manager resides there and may create occasional noise, but she will never disturb you unless you need assistance. She is available to help if needed.
