Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. The space Dear guests, the apartment is centrally located. It is about an 8-minute walk to the pedestrian zone. A supermarket is about 100 meters away. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and is 50 m². The apartment has a living-dining room with a kitchenette and a cozy seating area that can be converted into a sofa bed. The cozy bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe. The kitchenette is equipped with dishes, pots, pans, microwave, coffee maker, stove/oven, dishwasher, large dining table and much more. The bathroom has a washing machine, shower, toilet, bidet and sink. Towels and linens are provided by me. It is important to me that my guests treat the apartment with care and follow the house rules. The City of Baden-Baden applies a tourist tax for tourist stays. This is 4.50 EUR per adult person/day.
