Cozy rustical house in the highland (+sauna)

Renovated and well-equipped all-year house with sauna near Želivka (protected water reservoir for the region incl. Prague). Have a picnic/breakfast in one of the gardens (one with swimming pool and trampoline), enjoy peace in nature, walks, fishing, cycling, mushroom picking or rafting the Sázava River, visiting nearby castles and chateaux combined with gastrotourism.. relax by the fireplace/grill/sauna in the evenings.. (3rd generation beekeeper and you can also buy our local honey/mead) The space - 1st bedroom, art deco beds and furniture, quality mattresses, generally a bit colder room in the house; double bed and single bed (+ 1 - 2 cots); wardrobe - 2nd bedroom in the back wing behind the bathroom, quiet, warmer.. double bed and bunk bed, a few shelves for things also available (can fit max 1 cot) - living room - double bed, room separable from the kitchen by a sliding wooden wall (wardrobe for things available) - kitchen - double bed There are a total of 2 cots in the house (one travel) Guest access all premises available if taken good care of
