Due to some amenities we ask for children to be 10+, 1 small dog under 30lb allowed, no cats. The space Cozy whole home modern farmhouse with the sounds of the country but close to town! Please note we do not allow parties in our space. Guest access Guests have access to the whole home and yard which is located on 1.5 acres overlooking woods.
