The living room has a 32 ”flat screen TV, a dining table, an additional sofa bed, a kitchen fitted with ceramic hobs, an extractor hood refrigerator and a high-end microwave oven. Naturally, it has the essentials for cooking, dishes and cutlery. It has heating, hot water and Wifi. An internal communication door facilitates access to the adjoining BARDA studio without having to enter through the stairway entrance. This allows to expand the occupancy up to four people by renting the two studios: two in the MATACÁN double bed room, another two in the BARDA room with two single beds. Its two balconies in the living room and another in the bedroom, facing south and west, provide great light and great views.
