The top 4th floor is one giant room with a kitchen, dining, big tv etc. like a hotel lobby. Come and go as you please or stay private and only see folks in the hallways etc. Our house is your house. Guest access You have a private room and full bathroom all to yourself. You are welcome to use the common spaces of the home inside and out and the half bath near the top floor. The top floor is all one big room that includes kitchen/dining/living area and deck. You are welcome to use them anytime. You are welcome to use this space with the condition that you leave it just as you found it. The phrase "No Trace Left Behind" seems to be easy. This way the next guest can find a perfectly clean kitchen and living area the same condition it was in as you found it. During your stay Our space is on the 2nd Floor, Guest Room with coded door locks like a hotel are on the 3rd floor. Text or Call us anytime, we may or may not be present on the property. Other things to note Free use of Kayaks, just take a life jacket and paddle, and for the orange or red kayaks a square throw cushion, placed behind the back plastic seat gives good back support. If you don't see one pull one off the boat if it is present, or use another life jacket is ok. We do ask everyone to start quieting down after 9 pm with inside voices and light steps, then to truly keep quiet hours after 11 pm so those who want to sleep can do so.
